We strongly believe in empowering those we work with so they can build their own skill-set and reduce their reliance on external support. We offer a variety of services for both finance and non-finance staff, from bespoke training for individuals and small groups, to delivering commissioned training sessions at external events.
Our mentoring scheme is designed for finance staff who are taking on new areas of responsibility (such as financial strategy, charity accounting, or management accounting). We work with you to identify your training and development needs, agree objectives and set timescales in which to achieve them. Through a series of regular sessions, we will help you to build your confidence and skills. We can also provide remote support by phone or email to troubleshoot on specific issues.
