Amelia joined Godfrey Wilson in 2021 as an Accounts Assistant and swiftly progressed through the AAT qualification. Demonstrating a strong commitment to professional development, she went on to complete her ACCA exams and is now a fully qualified Chartered Certified Accountant. Amelia currently serves as a Manager within the accounts and bookkeeping team, managing a diverse portfolio of clients, primarily small to medium-sized charities and companies.
Amelia is particularly passionate about client training—whether it’s guiding users through accounting software functionality or enhancing fund tracking systems—to help organisations gain confidence and control over their finances. She also has extensive experience supporting organisations without in-house finance teams, having acted as a virtual Finance Manager for several clients.
Outside of work, Amelia enjoys reading, baking, and staying active through aerial fitness and countryside walks with her dog. She also applies her financial expertise in her voluntary role as Treasurer for the North Somerset Green Party.
